Pink Pepper Gin

Pink Pepper Gin, takes its name from the punchy, crunchy pink peppercorn – a berry which is plucked from the Brazilian pepper tree at the height of its ripeness and lends an exotic, light peppery taste to proceedings.  This trend-setting gin features unique flavours of pink pepper, juniper and cardamom and creamy notes of vanilla and honey which evolve in the glass.

Regal Rogue

Regal Rogue is a new world Australian vermouth, made with 100% Australian wine married with native Australian aromatics. Using an easy-drinking new world wine as our base produces a semi-dry style with around 30% less sugar than traditional European vermouth. Enriched with these utterly unique native Australian aromatics it’s perfect for making aperitifs and ‘Reverse classic' cocktails.

Whitley Neill Gin

This exceptional drink was created by Johnny Neill, a direct descendant of Thomas Greenall and the last in a long line of distillers, whose heritage stretches back as far as the Baobab trees found in Africa today. Inspired by his family's sense of adventure, Johnny strove to create his own signature blend of Gin: a tribute to his English distilling heritage, and a homage to the enigmatic beauty of his wife's African homeland. The result is Whitley Neill Handcrafted Dry Gin; a balanced, distinctive gin that blends classic gin botanicals with exotic African essences to create a liquid with a flavour as unique as its heritage.

Two childhood friends, Fairfax and Sam, had an unwavering belief in things well made – the way they used to be, the way they should be. So, they set up London’s first traditional copper distillery since 1820. Their spirits are made by hand in genuinely small batches using carefully sourced botanicals from across the globe.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon

Wednesday 21st November 7.00pm

Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky is aged in new oak barrels for years in century-old warehouses until the peak of maturity. The taste is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit.
